Referral Program Terms

We are pleased to offer a referral program for individuals who recommend our travel experiences to others.
Referral Compensation
We will pay $100 (USD) for each new client you refer who completes a deposit payment for one of our trips. This referral fee is a token of our appreciation for helping us grow our community of travelers.
Eligibility
To be eligible for compensation:
The referred client must be a first-time customer who has not previously booked or participated in any of our trips.
The referred client must explicitly name you as their referrer at the time of booking or payment.
The referred client must successfully complete the deposit payment for their chosen trip.
We reserve the right to validate the eligibility of all referred clients before disbursing any payments.
Claiming Your Referral Reward
To claim your referral compensation, please contact our program manager at cami@hiddenjam.co within 14 days of the referred client’s deposit. Be prepared to provide the client’s name, booking details, and proof of referral (if applicable). Upon verification, payment will be processed within 10 business days.
Additional Terms
Referral compensation is paid per individual referred, not per transaction or per group.
The program is intended for individuals referring friends, acquaintances, or their personal network. Bulk referrals or referrals made through advertising, automated systems, or lead generation services may be considered on a case-by-case basis. For example, Instagram posts are generally acceptable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the referral program, or to modify its terms at any time, without prior notice. Existing eligible referrals will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of booking.
By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
